ir. C.G.C. Veldman-Dijkers (1963) studied mechanical engineering at the Eindhoven University of Technology. In 1987 she started working with the patent office of Philips Electronics, where she took a course for patent attorney. In 1989 she was registered as a Dutch patent attorney and in 1994 as European patent attorney.

At the end of 1993 she left Philips, starting in 1994 as the fifth agent with Algemeen Octrooi- en Merkenbureau in Eindhoven. Three years later she became a shareholder, joined the board and established a branch of this office in Sittard (near Maastricht). With her fellow shareholders she saw the Algemeen Octrooi- en Merkenbureau grow with twenty agents to one of the larger patent and trademarks law firms in the Netherlands. In 2009 she took leave of Algemeen Octrooi- en Merkenbureau and established a new firm Ab Ovo Patents & Trademarks.

Veldman is a European patent attorney specializing in mechanical engineering. She has experience in various companies and industries, from machinery for the IT sector to roller coasters, from agricultural tools to vessels. She focuses in particular on combining a sharp analytical capacity, her great professional knowledge and her more than twenty years of experience, with efficient service, short lines of communication and strong, long-term client relations.

dr.ir. H.E. Veldman (1966) studied mechanical engineering at the Eindhoven University of Technology. After that he applied himself postdoc to business-economics and -sociology at the universities of Tilburg, Leuven and Maastricht. In 1994 he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences at the Eindhoven University of Technology with a thesis Innovations in lamp manufacturing at Philips, 1900-1980. Veldman worked as a management consultant in the chemical industry, the information technology, in telecommunications, electrical engineering, business services and construction.

In 1999 and 2000 he designed, supervised and implemented tailored software for a patent and trademarks law firm. During that time he could study the processes involved in applying, obtaining and managing intellectual property.

As a business historian, he wrote, together with offshore engineer G. Lagers, the book 50 Years Offshore (1997). On behalf of the Cebeco Group Veldman completed in 1999 its history A Powerful Partner in Dutch Agriculture and Horticulture, The History of Cebeco-Handelsraad 1899-1999. An extensive study (2001 to 2005) of the history of truck manufacturer DAF resulted in a manuscript that remained unpublished. In the spring of 2005 Veldman accepted the commission of Orbis Medical and Healthcare Group for a study on the development of healthcare in the Sittard-Geleen region in the most southern part of the Netherlands. This resulted in 2008 in A Hospital Company in the Twentieth Century.

Early 2009 Veldman started the establishment of the patent law firm Ab Ovo Patents & Trademarks.

drs. B.J. Voogd-Roggen (1967) studied Spanish language and literature and Mediterranean studies at the Faculty of Arts of the Radboud University Nijmegen. From 1995 until 2002 she worked with the Comprehensive Cancer Organisation in Eindhoven. After that she worked as a research assistant at University Maastricht. In 2005 she started working for Algemeen Octrooi- en Merkenbureau, first as a secretary, later as a team coordinator.

In May 2012 she started working for Ab Ovo Patents & Trademarks as a formalities officer.

Trix Voogd is member of the Dutch Platform Formalities Officers.

G. Evers-de Quillettes (1961) began her career in 1986 as substitute head of an administrative department and system controller at PTT (KPN Telecom). In 1990 she switched over to the Conscription Chamber of the Council of State. Five years later she started working as coordinator administration and substitute registrar with the Ministry of Justice. She then worked for half a year with ABN Amro Bank and two years with ING Bank as administrative employee.

In 2002 she made a switch to intellectual property. She went to work for patent attorney Kitty Veldman, at first seven years at Algemeen Octrooi- en Merkenbureau, and since 2010 at Ab Ovo Patents and Trademarks.
